Online (RNG) is a fully software-based game: there's no wheel and no dealer, and the winning number is chosen by a random number generator (RNG). These versions are often called First Person or RNG roulette.

Which Is Fairer

Both formats are fair as long as the casino and the provider are licensed. The difference is in how this is verified:
